This book is the perfect mix of military history, psychology, and futurology. Grounded in historical examples and firsthand research, the author envisions how psychology can be leveraged to gain a military advantage in this century and the next. The book is written by a very smart researcher who takes a complicated and multifaceted subject and strips away the academic-speak leaving a very enjoyable and informative read. It is obvious that the author is a teacher who cares very much for our soldiers and their well-being.
