Shan did it again. He has a wonderful way of intertwining the world's of the living and the dead. A beautiful tale that can be enjoyed by people of all ages.
I ordered the book before Christmas and it is still not here and it is 1/11. I am just hoping it is still on it's way since it is a Christmas present for my teen and one that was #1 on his list, which may sound odd to many but he is a book lover and collector plus Shan is his favorite author!
It always is a joy to receive a used item that is in perfect condition (despite the fact that the idea itself is a contradiction). Thanks for making my month!
I bought this for my daughter. It came promptly, and she was very happy with it. She has never had anything bad to say about a Darren Shan book.

Love Darren's work. The Cirque Du Freak series was one of my absolute favorites growing up. Beautifully written. Awesome storyteller.
I thought I would add a positive review to this book because Koyasan deserves a positive review. The beginning of this year I decided to buy Koyasan because I love all of Darren Shan's books, so this one was necessary to read. I finished this book in one sitting in my English class. I either misplaced this book or since it is so tiny, it has disappeared from my sight on one of my bookshelves. So with that said I will try my best to give a quick plot to what the book is about. I will try not to give anything away because it was a great read; even for an 18 year old. I will be 19 in December.

I know Koyasan was the main character, a girl who was afraid of the graveyard in her town and her young sister is the one who brings the whole story together. Before her sister went into the graveyard, they got into a fight and that is when her sister ran away. Koyasan went looking for her around the town because she could not go home without her and that is when she saw a figure in the graveyard.

Maybe I brought on some type of suspense? Geez, I just really think you should read this, do not look it up or sites will give things away. Just buy it, open it and read from the beginning, do not even read the back of the book.
